What are the miminmum system requirements to watch the videos?
To get the best from our training videos, we reccommend minimum screen resolution of 1024X768 and the following software installed on your computer: Chrome, Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, Firefox 3.0 or above, or Safari 4.1.2 or above. JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled.
In addition, you will need an Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth. You can test your downstream bandwidth at www.speedtest.net
What do I actually get for my money?
On complete of purchase of your selected videos or bundles you will receive an emailed voucher, which contains the weblink and password to access the video(s) at a secure online video streaming site, simply follow the instructions on your voucher to access your videos.
Can I download the videos to watch later?
Unfortunatley we do not allow downloading of the videos. If you would like to watch a video again simply enter your unique link in a web browser and re-enter the password you were supplied.
Can I share or redistribute the videos with others?
No, your password is for your personal usage only. Our videos are protected by copyright and even though we know there are lots of sparkly online tools out there which would let you copy the video files, we have to warn you that we take this very seriously and will pursue any copyright infringement under the law of England and Wales.
I don't want to watch the videos online, can you send them to me?
Unfortunatly not. As part of our commitment to sustainability we prefer to keep our carbon footprint and paper usage as low as possible, therefore the video's are only available to view online.
My password doesn't work, what gives?
The password is case sensitive, so first of all make sure Caps Lock isn't on. If you still can't access the video's then get in touch with us and we will issue you a new one.
I've lost my password or the links to my videos, how can I get a new one?
No problem, simply email us using the address you used to make the original order and we'll send you a new password or the url's to the video's as soon as we can.
I'm having problems watching the video's, what can I do?
We use the well known and very reputable video hosting provider Vimeo, your best course of action is to look through their help centre first of all. However if the problem persists then by all means let us know and we'll look into the issue for you.
How long is my password valid for?
For now as an introductory offer anyone purchasing a video will have access to that video for as long as the site remains up and running.
I've spotted something wrong in the video, what can you do?
Thank you for letting us know, its very much appreciated. We make every effort to ensure our video's are up to date, however the world does move on and occasionaly something new may happen which we haven't covered. If you do spot anything then please get in touch and let us know the details. If its a glaring error, we'll re-do that element of the video and release an update. You may also get a reward for being vigilant!
Will I get updates on the video's as you release them?
Yes we will periodically provide updates to the existing video's if things change, rest assured if you have already bought the video you will receive an email letting you know there has been an update. Then you simply log on as before using the same password to see the new version.
Your video's don't cover what I need, when will you release more?
Our video's are intended to be easy introductions to a subject, they are not in-depth expert tutorials. However we always have plenty of ideas in the pipeline and hope to stick to a regular release calendar, however if there is something you are really interested in then contact us and let us know. If we get enough interest we may create a new course just for you.
I'm having problems with the online check-out, can you help me?
Of course we can, if you have any issues with using the online check-out or Paypal then get in touch as soon as possible. In the meantime make sure you keep your transaction receipt and check your account to see if funds have been debited.
